Anasoft Customer Zone is Service Desk system allowing online access for monitoring of customer requests. This way customers can choose to monitor current state of their projects and requests.
Access to this zone is given on basis of existing service contract. After signing of the contract a customer can choose to request login credentials for the zone. In case you are an existing customer and dont have access credentials please contact the business or the project manager.
